6. Goals and Achievement, The Keys - Workshops:
Each workshop will be supported with lessons, analysis worksheets, and proven methods that will achieve results targeted by the participant. Live presentations – virtual online coaching will guide the participant and encourage their personal, job-related, and company goal plans. Added recorded audio lessons support and selected video supports are provided to ensure lesson ideas are repeated to make them permanent habits. Participants often face obstacles of dropping the ball, no follow through, little sense of urgency, weak collaboration efforts, or poor communication skills. These obstacles will be crushed – once and for all. The work will extend over 3 months, 9 sessions, recorded for lifetime access, and 3 quarterly follow-ups. The program investment is $3750 total for each participant. This is an incredible opportunity to develop management skills for your company team and drive performance and results.
