Contract term is monthly with 30 day notice for cancellation. Suggested minimum implementation is typically six months to see response from referrals and testimonials.

We will serve to provide monitoring and management of all systems requiring minimum of staff effort after initial training. Staff is expected to encourage patients to collect feedback and support building a Five Star service culture.

We will also provide monthly reporting of progress to the goal of increasing referrals and new business generation for the practice. Ultimate measurement objective is to create enthusiastic, supportive patients and a continuous growth of new customers and services.
