Use the dental practice current patient records, upgraded as needed for email, mobile, mail contact to create and implement a comprehensive marketing communication program that identifies those patients needing and wanting new services; and that generates direct referrals for additional new patients.

1. Training tools, webinars, motivation for staff to improve patient satisfaction and generation of results, re-sales, and referrals.
2. All software systems, technical implementation, authoring, daily monitoring, marketing strategy coordination to execute the plan including materials for getting feedback from patients via email, postcard, internet, etc.
